I am now receiving clients in the new space on the RIGHT back side of the house. Follow the signs!

Show up NO MORE than 5 minutes early for your appointment to avoid client overlap in the clinic space.

We have a few resident dogs in the house. They are not in the clinic space but please let us know ahead of time if you want us to make sure the dogs stay out of your way. We are happy to accommodate!

Claire Lewis, RMT YTT graduated from the Victoria West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2011. She spent the last 10 years practicing as an RMT in Whistler, Victoria and Squamish, BC. She has worked with a vast range of the population with a specific passion in athletics.

Her treatments aim to address the root of the presenting discomfort and bring your body back to a healthy and functional state. A successful treatment is simply guided by the therapist and the tissues will surrender to the unwinding our bodies require to regain balance. Claire takes specific interest in sports related injuries, post surgical rehabilitation and scar work, frozen shoulder, whiplash, and chronic pain due to stress or postural imbalances.

Claire completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 in India and Foundation Training Level 1 course in Santa Barbara. She competed in Ironman Whistler in 2014 and BC Bike Race 2016. She has recently returned from Squamish and is now attending the Pacific Rim College Registered Acupuncture Program.

In her spare time, she can be found exploring the mountains and coastline by bike, skis, paddle board, or foot with one or more dogs along with her. She enjoys running, biking, yoga, surfing, hiking, stand up paddle boarding, swimming, cooking and gardening.

She looks forward to meeting you, helping you find more comfort in your own body and achieving your goals!
